Engel Andrea

Andrea is IFC’s Country Manager for Greece. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing IFC’s strategy in Greece, spanning both investment and advisory. In parallel, she also manages IFC’s relations with the European Union with certain EU members. Prior to this, she was IFC’s Chief of Stakeholder Engagement. Prior to joining IFC more than 10 years ago, she worked at Eurasia Group as a Europe analyst in Washington DC and at Interel in Brussels on EU interest representation. Andrea is a graduate of Edinburgh University and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Strasbourg, France.
